MEDIC Multilingual Communications Project
 New York City ’s first real-time hospital translation system used to facilitate communication among patients, physicians, and support staff. A multi-language, multi-ethnic health, literacy, and communications system, this project will serve as a model for hospitals throughout the world, and set a standard for improved universal access to healthcare services.
